Your mobile / cell numbers should be in full international format.

Example:

• A typical Australian mobile number: 0405 xxx xxx
• Full international format: 61405 xxx xxx

This is important so Blast SMS will know which country to direct your SMS to. Failure to correctly format your list of mobile / cell numbers will result in a failed delivery.
